Refund Policy

Fixkart stands behind every repair. This policy explains our 1-year warranty, the free re-repair guarantee, and when and how a refund applies.

01Our Promise

Every Fixkart repair is backed by a 1-year warranty and a free re-repair guarantee. If we cannot resolve a covered issue, you are entitled to a refund of the repair charge as described in this policy.

021-Year Warranty

All repairs carry a 1-year warranty on both parts and workmanship, starting from the date of the original repair. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will put it right at no extra cost.

03Free Re-Repair Guarantee

If a covered issue returns within the warranty period, contact us and we will schedule a free re-repair at your doorstep. A re-repair is always attempted before any refund is considered.

04When You Are Eligible for a Refund

If a covered issue cannot be fixed even after a re-repair attempt, you are eligible for a full refund of the charges paid for that repair. A refund applies when all of the following are true:

  • The repair is within the 1-year warranty period.
  • The issue is the same one originally repaired by Fixkart.
  • You have given us a reasonable opportunity to re-repair the device.
  • The device has not been damaged or modified by a third party after our service.

05Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will keep you updated on the status and confirm once the refund has been issued.

06What Is Not Covered

The warranty and refund policy do not cover:

  • Physical damage — drops, cracks or pressure damage — occurring after the repair.
  • Liquid or water damage occurring after the repair.
  • New or unrelated faults that were not part of the original repair.
  • Software issues, data loss, or normal wear of consumable parts.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised third-party repairs after our service.

07Cancellations Before Repair

You can cancel a booking free of charge any time before the technician starts the repair. If a repair has already begun, charges apply only for the parts and labour already used.

08How to Raise a Claim

To make a warranty or refund request, contact us with your booking ID or registered mobile number and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every claim within 48 hours.
