Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Fixkart's website and doorstep device-repair service. By booking a repair or using this site, you agree to them.

Last updated: May 2026

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Fixkart website or booking a repair with us, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

02Our Services

Fixkart provides doorstep repair for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches and similar devices within its serviceable areas in Bangalore. Service availability, technician arrival times and repair durations are estimates and may vary with location, demand and the complexity of the issue.

03Bookings & Scheduling

When you book a repair, you agree to provide accurate device details, a correct service address and a working contact number. We will confirm your booking and assign a technician. We may reschedule or decline a booking where a repair cannot be carried out safely or reliably.

04Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Any price shared before inspection is an estimate. The final price is confirmed after the technician inspects the device, and you will be informed of it before any work begins. You pay only after the repair is completed. Prices are inclusive of the parts and labour described in the quote.

05Warranty

Repairs carry a 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship, subject to our Refund Policy. The warranty does not cover later physical or liquid damage, unrelated faults, or issues arising from third-party repairs carried out after our service.

06Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge any time before the technician begins the repair. Once a repair has started, charges apply for the work done and parts already used.

07Customer Responsibilities

You agree to be present — or to arrange an authorised adult — at the service address during the visit, to provide safe access for the technician, and to confirm that the device is lawfully yours to repair.

08Device Data & Backup

A standard repair does not intentionally access or alter your data, but some repairs require the device to be tested or reset. Fixkart is not responsible for any loss of data — please back up your device before any repair.

09Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fixkart's liability for any repair is limited to the value of that repair. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our technician.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
